Expression Performance Science is a program developed by athletes...for athletes. We know what we face when we start to chase a goal. We have a clear understanding what we want to develop and achieve. We know how lonely it gets when our tunnel vision starts to narrow down. We also know when we need help...but we rarely know where to go.

The EXP program is the most comprehensive piece of "equipment" that as athletes...we wish we had when we needed it. This is as dedicated as any program can be toward unpacking you from the inside out, sothat you can see what you are devloping, understand what you need, understand how to maintain it by systematically measuring your progress toward the goal you threw into the future.

You can book a private 1 hour session or a group session of 3 friends. This can get quite personal so choose your group wisely.

Private session: R300 per person

Group Session are available for non personal discussions like Nutrition + Coaching: R300 per person per 1 hour session.
